Godfather Real Estate is a unique Company that combines Hospitality with Texas Commercial Residential Real Estate. Our sister Company Boss Management Group currently owns several Hospitality brands & companies such as Mob Bar, The Marilyn, Gatsby’s Showgirls, Bikini Cowgirls, Nightlife Empire, Beverly Hills Hospitality, Ocean Drive Hospitality & Texas Bar Group.

Our new business model is to own real estate on all new Texas hospitality ventures. We find the location, negotiate the sale, renovate the property, manage the property, open a nightclub or bar in the property, open other revenue streams such as Ax Throwing, A Haunted House, An Escape room, Coffee Lounge or other income generating businesses.

The potential for the investor is to have a paying tenant for the real estate (the nightclub/bar) with monthly rent and cash flow from the hospitality business. Then when the time's right flip the business for a large profit & eventually the real estate.
